Few mins – less stress
I was lacking motivation to try MindCloud at first because I thought it won’t help me anyway. However, this app showed that there’s nothing hard about improving your mental health. I followed a deep sleep course at least a couple of mins a day. Now I sleep better and feel less stressed in the mornings.

Finally a personal growth app that works!
